I often have various items donated to the Transformatorium. Sometimes it’s people’s old toys they don’t want anymore, sometimes its merchansie from companies looking for some advertising, and sometimes it’s special items from other collectors who want to see their Transformer stuff go to a good home and take it’s place in one of the worlds biggest collections.
These latest items definetly fall into the last catagory and are very special indeed. Jaxan from the USA got in touch with me, very generously offering to donate some Transformers merchandise that’s a full forty years old! Two Generation One Mylar balloons. He’d cared for them for many years and wanted them to go to a good home. All he asked for in return for this generous donation of some classic Transformers memorabillia was that I get them framed and film it which I was more than happy to do.
So enjoy the following video of Jaxan’s balloons taking their righful place in the Transformatorium!

Nice! I have the old metallic food tray with legs for breakfast in bed. With the box art on it. I might have the tent somewhere at my parents as well. And the G2 stamp set, practically untouched.
